    A short and crisp note length, creating a sprightly “all-purpose” short articulation

    Marcato

    A technique performed with a strong accented front to the note - presented as a longer note length than 'staccato' with the option of Timed Release triggers

    Tenuto

    A technique performed with a small accented front to the note - presented as a shorter note length than 'marcato'

    Short Double Tongue

    A rapid articulation achieved by double tonguing, with different 'landing' note lengths

    Short Triple Tongue

    A rapid articulation achieved by triple tonguing, with different 'landing' note lengths

    Are There Further Discounts and Crossgrades?

    Abbey Road Orchestra - Oboes Professional will be on an introductory promotional price of 20% off until the 26th of June 2025.

    The owners of Oboes Core will be able to upgrade to Oboes Professional at any time, only ever paying the difference between the two products at time of purchase.


    What is the Difference Between Oboes Core and Professional?

    The Core and Professional versions share many of the same techniques and the sampling depth across many of the common techniques is the same.

    However, Core has a single signal option (Simon Rhodes’ ‘Mix 1) whereas Pro includes additional signal options (16 in total),

    The Professional version also contains ‘Extended’ techniques and additional legato content.
