Product Manager

Salary: £45k + bonus
Location: London, King’s Cross

At Spitfire Audio we make products that are used by composers and music makers around the world. Our software instruments let music-makers compose with an orchestra using a regular musical keyboard. Since 2007 we have recorded and released products with the likes of Hans Zimmer, Abbey Road Studio, the BBC Symphony Orchestra and a host of various artists.

Role summary

Spitfire Audio is seeking a passionate Product Manager to champion our core products. In this role, you'll lead a talented team, collaborating on the creation of fantastic products and features for hobbyists and professionals alike. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting our content catalogue and delighting customers with regular updates and improvements.

Primary tasks and objectives

As a Product Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Driving the success of the product portfolio
  • Ensuring continued updates and support for product portfolio
  • Work directly with cross functional product teams across all stages of development, facilitating the best quality from the team
  • Developing clear concepts and features


Requirements

  • 2+ Years experience in product management
  • Track record of running the development of a successful product line
  • Full product life cycle experience, seeing products from discovery through development, release, and maintenance
  • Proven ability to work and communicate well in a team environment with strong communication and teamwork skills

Useful

  • Understanding of agile process (Agile/Scrum/Kanban experience)
  • A passion for audio products and music tech, with a background in performing, composing or producing music
  • Knowledge of audio software development and studio recordings
  • Proficiency in workstation software like Logic, Pro Tools, Ableton, Cubase
