Join us in inspiring a
generation of composers

Our mission is to inspire a generation of composers. To enable anyone with a computer to write music that includes stunning orchestral sounds – be they aspiring film composers or pop pioneers. Our software instruments let music-makers compose with the instruments of an orchestra using a regular musical keyboard.

Since 2007 we have worked with leading names like film composer Hans Zimmer, Abbey Road Studios and the BBC Symphony Orchestra to give musicians a stunning array of sounds to choose from. By providing many of these sounds for free, we are also helping to break down the barriers to orchestral music making.

All talents wanted
(Not just musical)

We were founded by composers and have many accomplished musicians on our team, but as we continue to grow we are looking for talented people in all areas – it could be coding, finance, project management or something else. If you excel at what you do, we want to hear from you.

Perks & Benefits

Just some of the many perks of working at Spitfire Audio include private healthcare, pension contributions, a Cycle to Work scheme plus exercise and fitness classes. Not forgetting the fact that we’re a super friendly team, too! This goes hand in hand with regular music performances at company headquarters in our custom-built performance space, summer parties and our own events and product launches in incredible venues like London’s Barbican Centre.

Supporting our community

Musicians are at the heart of what we do, and every year we pay millions in royalties to all those we have recorded to make our virtual instruments. We also commit over 1% of our annual turnover to support organisations that nurture the musical talents of young people, promote greater gender, ethnic and economic diversity in music (particularly orchestral music) and to organisations that do vital work in the areas close to our headquarters.
